A half hour, weekly, Christian children’s talk show produced by Uplifting Entertainment. Airing on Smile of a Child, His Kids is geared towards children ages six to thirteen. Child hosts Kamry Uhazie, 11 years old, and Bradlee Laight, 13 years old, bring a new twist to the modern day talk show by interviewing a mixture of fascinating guests and touching on issues such as peer pressure, fitness and respect. While the show is very educational, it also incorporates fun activities and talented guests such as high profile entertainers, Irish Dancers, a ventriloquist, and even wildlife. This series provides a way for kids to feel that their voice is being heard and shows them that it’s cool to love God. A bible scripture is explained in each episode, showing children how it can be fun to incorporate God and good values into their lives. A verse from 1 Timothy 4:12 perfectly describes this show’s purpose: “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith, and in purity.”
